About JUDY and AMY

​

Judy Dowell is a broker-salesperson for Aurora Realty and has been in real estate for over forty years. Judy and her husband, Joe, were married soon after high school and are both lifelong residents of Aurora. She is proud of her heritage here, in Aurora, MO, and especially her farm background. 

​

Everyday duties associated with living on a dairy farm instilled diligence and persistence. Those qualities remain strong attributes today. Judy is convinced this is the best place on earth to live. She knows the area and she knows the people.

Amy Seitz is the broker-owner at Aurora Realty and joined the team in the Fall of 2021. She and her husband, Seth, are both lifelong residents of Aurora and have run their own farming operation, Double 'S' Land & Cattle, for over 18 years with their three children.

Owning and operating their own business dealing with cattle, crops, and land in the 417 area has brought knowledge and expertise when it comes to helping their clients.

Judy and Amy have both been lifelong residents of Aurora. They each have degrees in education and both taught school before their real estate careers. Together, they bring knowledge and a work ethic that goes above and beyond.
